My name is Dr. Margaret Omwenga and I am a Collaborative Cross-functional Leader, Educator, Systems Scientist, and Author. I have Extensive and Comprehensive Experience and Background in Leadership, Service, and Teaching and Learning, including over 16 years of Higher Education Administration. My Mission is to EDUCATE, IMPACT, INSPIRE, and EMPOWER ALL including the Marginalized and Underrepresented.
I have a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.) Specializing in Educational Instructional Technology. Master of Education in Instructional Technology (M.Ed.), and a Bachelor of Science in Media Communication and Technology (B.Sc.).
In my career, I have Served in numerous capacities, and diverse multicultural and multi-generational settings and Institutions, including a Higher Ed Center, Community Colleges, Universities, and Corporate and Nonprofits. I am passionate about Education, Empowerment, Traditional & Non-Traditional Educational Opportunity Pathways, STEM & STEAM, Innovation, and Impactful Collaborative Initiatives and Programs.
I stand on the shoulders of Giants including my Beloved Revolutionary African Mama who is now our Ancestor.
